This is a 3 storey Research Institute facility development. It comprises of: Leather Pilot Plant and Research Laboratories, Administration offices & Business Incubation Unit, Department of Natural Products, Department of Energy Resources, Food Processing Research Laboratories.
Services included the following:
Street Lighting, 1 No. 350KVA Generator, IP PABX, Boiler and Incinerator, Compressed Air System, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting Installation
